The office in general lacks common empathy needed to be effective. If you have an urgent need, you will have to fight for an appointment and even the best self advocates will likely get turned down. I had light bleeding at 17 weeks, asked for an appointment and ultrasound and was told to wait for the miscarriage to happen and then call back. I explained I wasn’t having a miscarriage, just light bleeding and was told I couldn’t come in for another week. I went to the Er instead- the baby was fine but something was wrong with the placenta. I switched doctors and was able to go on to deliver a healthy baby girl. This office is terrible. Stay far away

Dr. Spears is amazing! She goes above and beyond to care for her patients and their babies. She spends as much time as she needs to answer all your questions and examine you. It's worth it if you have to wait in the waiting room. Delivery with her was awesome-- she was like a coach and very supportive, knowledgeable and positive. Highly recommended!

Dr. Spears was phenomenal when dealing with my 18 year old daughter in the ER. She explained everything that was going on and was extremely compassionate toward my daughter. I can't say enough good things about her. When my daughter went in for her follow-up, Dr. Spears again was wonderful with my daughter and spent a lot of time explaining things to her.
