Rosa and staff listen and are so helpful! I feel like family! They always have good explanations and i fully trust them to send them more of my family! They respect your wishes and make sure you feel confident about the course you are on!

The doctor is good. The front desk staff is awful and heartless, that Silvia lies every single time. It's extremely hard to get an appointment, today I called with a painful outbreak and Silvia put me on hold, told me she'd call me back (never did) and then said no appointments until middle June all were deceptive statements. Whoever answers the phone does whatever they want with the patients, regardless of the medical need, so rude and dangerous. I ended going somewhere else.

She was the doctor on call when I called in. Usually I see Cindy long who is amazing. I have bled 2 oz (diva cup has measurements on the side) in the past 6 hours. She said it’s hard to gauge how much I’m bleeding with the diva cup. (What???!?) and Ive felt cysts burst. She told me to put a pad on and see how much I’m bleeding. Even though I know that a pad only holds a teaspoon of blood. Most women lose an ounce per cycle, I’ve lost double that in 6 hours. She didn’t care at all.

Dr Cisneros is the best doctor Ive ever had. I moved here 5 years ago, and in search for a new OBGYN, heard from a nurse at North Suburban hospital that she was an AMAZING OBGYN doctor. I called her office, and was excited that she accepted me as a new patient. She delivered my baby since then and I go to her for my appointments. Her office staff feel like family, and she makes you feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable, and so nice and helpful. I trust her. I never want a different OB

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. TRIED TO MAKE 3 DIFFERENT APPT'S, AND THEY ALWAYS SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK AND DIDN'T. TRIED TO MAKE AN EARLY APPT. BECAUSE OF MY PAST MISCARRIAGES BUT BY THE TIME I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE, I HAD MISCARRIED A THIRD TIME. I GOT UPSET ON THE PHONE BECAUSE I WAS EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT THEY HAD TOLD ME 3 DIFFERENT TIMES SOMEONE WAS GOING TO CALL AND SET UP AN APPT FOR ME AND NEVER DID AND THEY SAID, I WAS HAVING A MOMENT AND NEEDED TO CALM DOWN. RUDE!
