Dr Miller is very straight forward. Does not mince words when reacting to your current state. Not much affirmation about what I may have been trying to do well. Describes why what I was doing was wrong and outlined the plan going forward. At first I was a bit stunned by the lack of empathy but in the end, she made her point and I quickly moved into action. She is very knowledgeable and credible so I am on board and looking to get the results she has outlined to achieve with the plan she gave me. I am happy I have been able to be assigned to her for my weight loss and metabolic health journey. May be the best thing I have ever done.

Karen Miller is the absolute best doctor I have ever had. She is the only doctor I've ever seen that understands nutrition, longevity, preventative and curative measures/treatments. She is also and expert in keto + carnivore "diets". This way of eating has changed my lifeand my husbands. We have both been cured of many conditions because of her knowledge and care. My husband is no longer a diabetic, no longer has high blood pressure, his NASH is no longer detected via ultrasound, and we've lost 45 lbs each. He is off all but 1 medication, and that will be eliminated. There are not enough great things to say about Dr Miller! Everyone should see her! In addition, every medical school should require metabolic health as a rotation. The entire nutrition program for health providers should be revamped to match the metabolic health foundation. It is truly a disservice to treat patients any other way. Food heals. I recommend her to everyone. It is so sad to see friends and family go to do...

I do not believe I have ever had a doctor spend that amount of time discussing an explaining issues. It was very informative and interesting.
