Dr. Karalynne Blochberger, MD

I truly am so disappointed by Dr. Blochberger. I was seeking out a new primary care after moving and experiencing a new unexplained pain. She only had a few solutions and when those came up with no diagnosis, she really didn't know where to go from there and made me feel like my mental health issues were causing my pain. I had to push for referrals to get to the bottom of my pain ON MY OWN, and I was right about my own diagnosis that she didn't agree with. She also requested I get bloodwork for a different issue, and said "I don't care when you get the bloodwork done." At no point should a doctor, especially one who has already dismissed my pain, tell a patient that she doesn't care. So unless you want a doctor that doesn't know that much, is unwilling to think outside of the box, and DOESN'T CARE, then I'd recommend a different doctor.

I was looking for a new Primary Care Physician who was closer to home and practices integrated care - a mix of modern and natural remedies. Luckily I fell upon "Dr. B" in the SoDo area! As a new patient, she was attentive, showing a true interest about my health history and concerns. She was honest about her approach to care and her belief in utilizing the strengths of those on her team to generate the best answers. Not once did I feel rushed nor judged. I felt as if my health was as important to Dr. B as it is to me. And I can't fail to mention how friendly and welcoming the staff was as well! Thank you for the great first experience! I really appreciate it!
