Dr. Michael Link, MD

Rather not say too detailed to go into. It's not Doctor Link it is the office staff and 1 nurse. After Doctor Links's office switched to 'Optum Health Services' that caring feeling went out the window after being with Doctor Link for years I could no longer deal with how the staff treated me or took care of my refills and billing getting it wrong far too often. So I made the decision to find another Doctor and I shall miss seeing Doctor Link, but not his office staff or one of the nurses.

I have been going to Dr. Link for 24 years. Never had a problem he listens to my concerns and when I'm sick I just call and he'll see me. Dr. Link also see my husband and my older son. Love Dr. Link Excellent Doctor Thank you Dr. Link for everything you do.

My grandmother has been seeing him for a few years and he rushes her, does not listen to concerns nor is open to questions. Horrible bedside manner.

I have been a patient of Dr Link for 20 years. The office staff has always been top notch. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Dr Link is caring, concerned and has always treated me with the upmost repect. He always listened and always has a great sense of humor.

My last appointment was on 01/08/21. As as in the past two years with OPTUM, I was superbly attended by the reception desk, the nurse, and Dr. Link, well ahead of my 8:40 am sked. I am a FL retiree since 2008 and in in the last 12 years I have had several medical providers but Dr. Link tops them all and hence he is my favorite. I always look forward to my periodic medical consultations with him. He is very thorough, explains my health situation in very clear and understandable terms, as also lab test results, prognosis and medical advice such that one already feels better and assured after the visit! Dr. Link loves his profession and his patients whom he attends to patiently at the clinic, and even on non-clinic days by his prompt reply and action on e-mails I sent him even on Saturdays and Sundays. Overall, the OPTUM organization is well organized (no pun intended) and systematic from start to end of the visit. Thank you, Dr. Link; thank you, OPTUM team!

I have been a patient with Dr. Link for 3 years and every visit, I leave feeling as though he really didn't add any value to me seeing him. Ive had follow up visits with MD's that he referred me to and NOT once has he EVER followed up me on the outcomes. In my opinion, Dr. Link is a very LAZY doctor and I DO NOT recommend him at all! His conversations are very condescending and is always about his personal opinions..

Dr.Link has been my Families PCP for decades. Starting with my parents and has even seen my own son and circumcised him. Every visit is a delight because he is soft spoken, listens to what you have to say and has great bed side manner. His patient portal is top notch and makes communication with him very easy. Saw him once last year.. after that I was seen by another Dr for two or three times before he left there to go somewhere else.... Shortly after he left I saw the Nurse Practitioner who's beside manner was " Cold N Indifferent" and also off for anyone who works in the " Health Field" and should be able to make a difference in the " Level Of Care" she provides to each " Patient" First N Foremost Always!!!!! They tend to " Switch" you around without any warning just in case you might " Prefer" some

Dr. Michael Link has been my family doctor for at least 22 years. He is very professional, he takes time to listen and answers questions. He is truly appreciated for all he does. Thank you so much for all medical care you have provided me for all these years.

First let me say Dr. Link is a wonderful doctor, He has been our physician for about 16 years. But now the business has gotten so big we cant see him, We have to see his PA's. I had a appointment today at 3:45 at the Kissimmee office and was going to be late, traffic, so i called the office twice that i was going to be late I got there 4:00 they said the provider cant see me. Might have been nice to know before i called the second time. Wanted to see about a prostrate problem and a prescription

His patient portal is cutting edge and a God send. He's been my family's healthcare provider the past two decades. I've referred dozens of patients, whom have been just as happy with his practice.
