Dr. Hong and his team actually listened my concerns instead of trying to tell me what was wrong. he didnt push medicine that I was unsure on me and actually remembers me when I go in there... makes me feel like a person and not a number.

Changed me life!!
Dr. Hung is a patient Doctor who takes his time with all his patients. He is knowledgable about head injuries. He helped me when other Doctors could not in the area. I'm truly appreciative of his care and services.

I received a voicemail to please call to schedule after a referral, I waited 40 minutes to get an answer, and was told the person "had to check with her colleague " to make sure it was ok to cancel. After several days, she called back and left a voicemail asking me to call back again to schedule. I have tried several times and ended up on hold for more than 30 minutes only to be disconnected each time. I still have not managed to get thru to schedule an appointment.

Very thorough doctor! Spent time asking detailed questions to understand all aspects of issues. Answered questions asked. Very transparent and direct, which is much appreciated. Office is busy but the wait is worth it.
