Dr. Justice Otchere, MD

I would not recommend this doctor at all. He lied to my mom about being able to get her a back brace, and didn't listen to her during appointments. She explicitly said shots in her spine were a last resort during their first appointment, and he tried to schedule her for shots for the second appointment, which he canceled less than an hour before the appointment. During her appointment today he told her he can't get her a back brace, he can't give her anything for the pain, and he won't see her unless its for the shots. I've never seen a doctor with such disregard for their patient's health and wishes. Doctors are supposed to do no harm yet my mother has been suffering through blown-out disks in her back, waiting to get a brace from a doctor whose only intention is to give her shots she doesn't want.

My mother went in for a back brace and pain medication instead getting suggested spinal injections after just 2 visits, had canceled an appointment and denied a backbrack and or pain medication. Subpar quality of patient care and unnecessarily issuing undesired injections. I personally would recommend looking elsewhere for services and care, there is a reason their review score is dragged down by 3 star ratings.

My previous review was not about Dr Otchere’s ability, but about his staff. After speaking with his Office Administrator I decided to remain under Dr O’s care. His Administrator got the paperwork moving and received the authorization from my insurance company. I had a pain block procedure on March 15. I was impressed with Dr Otchere’s follow up after the procedure. He visited with me and explained the procedure and what my expectations should be and what the next step will be. He was not rushed and wanted to be sure that he answered all of my questions. The procedure went smoothly and I had no discomfort.

I have fused neck and fused Middle back and fused hips!!! I was in need of help!!!!! Front office very nice!! They even help you with the paperwork!!! And friendly!! Doctor is on point!! Is very stern and honest!!!!! I'm very excited about being here!!
