Scheduling was easy but there is some wait time to meet with Dr. French. She did listen to my health problems but did not discuss in detail potential management plans. I got the feeling that she was critical of my previous treatments, especially OTC ones despite my reassurance that I had followed the instructions on the pamphlet to the T. She is not very forthcoming, making it difficult to communicate openly with her. Lastly, I have had great difficulty getting in touch with her and her staff, having to wait 3-4 days to hear from them. As such, I had to seek out other doctors to get appropriate treatment in time.
