I love Dr. Im! I wish he was not with Med VIP. I'm retired and can't afford it.

My health is much better since I signed on with Dr. Im. My first experiences with him, before he signed on with MDVIP, were so positive that, even though it was a financial hardship for me and I have to drive almost an hour to visit him, I signed up when he moved to MDVIP's personalized care program, which costs $1500 that insurance won't cover each year. I haven't regretted it. Like most people, I have complex health care needs. He listens very carefully to my concerns and understands my desire to use exercise and other natural means first before prescriptions whenever possible. The $1500 price I pay as a base cost allows him to focus on far fewer patients so he devotes much more time to each one. For example, he is willing to read research studies that I find on the Internet and to explain things to me. Rude, unhelpful office staff. There are Doctors offices where the office staff goes above and beyond to help a patient. I didn't find that this was true at Dr IM's office and was taken back by how uncaring and rude they were. If you need something and it's within their means to provide it, they should help you.

I have been suffering from chronic fatigue ever since my thyroid was removed in 1992. I am so thankful I found Dr. I’m. He put me on Armour with compounded T3 and I am not crashing in the afternoon like I did on Synthyroid. Many Endocrinologist won’t prescribe Armour which comes from a pig. He really listens to you and prescribes medicines and supplements if you need them. Also if you email him he replies the same day. He’s awesome!!

I met with Dr Im for a physical. After waiting over an hour, it was by far the least comprehensive physical I've ever had. He didn't seem interested in how I was doing. He spent over 3/4 of our interaction trying to sell me on his new practice that costs $1,500 upfront to be a patient. He changed my prescriptions without looking at my lab work or asking about any of my conditions. I eventually had to ask him if he wanted to know how I was feeling.

Dr I'm is the greatest! He is very thourough and genuinely concerned in making you healthier! The best Dr I have had in my 56 years!

I've been searching for a doctor that actual listens to you for three years. Dr Im is amazing. He's kind, funny and actually cares about you and your health. I'm moving my whole family to this doctor, he's just that good. The office was clean, friendly staff and I was able to get in within just a few days. I needed a new doctor because mine chose the administrative side over the medical side and stopped practicing. I found Dr. Im and was blown away by how great he was at not only listening to me but creating an intelligent plan to keep me healthy for a long time. This guy is too notch. The first time I saw Dr. Im he spent an hour with me. He listened to what I was saying and didn't make initial assumptions. He is modest in his treatment plans and doesn't just throw medication on you. I am so thankful I was recommended to Dr. Im. I am finally starting to feel like myself again.
