Dr. Julie Mora, MD

Very long wait times. Expect to have a lot of trouble trying to get in contact with her. After numerous visits, her character really shows: pious, petty, robotic, ignorant, and detached. Julie lacks: an open mind, empathy, insight and the ability to understand a patients’ situation: both financially and past her own preconceived notions. The only questions she asks of your health is just a internet click away, you’ll find much better advice there. She will pretend she cares about your health, but if you disagree with her & the meds she shills for, expect to get gaslighted and to have your concerns disregarded. Even if you have a prior diagnosis, she will routinely refer you to peers in her network.(presumably a financial incentive) She may refer you to offices very far away, paying no mind to insurance coverage. I have found much closer alternatives she didn’t mention. (thanks internet).On the other hand, her team of specialists were wonderful to both work & have conversations with.

Dr. Mora is awful. She does a terrible job pretending she actually cares about her patients. She is impossible to reach and get an appointment with.

Julie Mora is very rude, unreliable and unprofessional. Very poor communication. Never returns phone calls. She doesn't treat people with respect and my personal experience with Julie Mora also left me with the feeling that she doesn't care about her patients. I went without medicine for two weeks because she never responded to my pharmacy requesting her approval. She is not a good doctor. I would not recommend her.

If you're looking for a doctor that actually cares about her patients and what concerns them, look elsewhere. She doesn't follow up with patients. She doesn't provide her all her staff with clear information on how she operates. Her schedulers are unclear on how she wants them to schedule appointments and what to inform new patients on what she needs. She has taken on extra patients in which she clearly can't handle. She moves slow, even her staff has stated this.

Dr Mora has provided excellent care for my family and I. She makes me feel like sees me as more than just her patient and immediately made me feel at ease. She takes time to explain everything and I would definitely recommend her to others
