Great. Very smart, observant and thorough
She's great. I am very happy with her. I haven't ever had a doctor that is as observant as she is. I've seen her 3 or 4 times now and I feel better and younger than I did 5 years ago. She will explain things in as much detail as I want (I'm curious about everything). She explained a few things about my heart than neither of my past 2 cardiologists have explained. I've have had a couple tests that I hadn't had in a while to check out possibilities. Everyone at the office is very friendly and prompt - no sitting in the waiting room for an hour (about ten minutes tops). I love going to see her.

Beyond rude and unprofessional
Shamed me by calling me fat in front of the nurse. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. unprofessional on every level. I'm 76 years old, don't need that from a doctor.

This doctor was very unprofessional. She purposely humiliated me and exposed me to other staff,and patients while examining me. She was very rude, and did not address my concerns about my baby or report my high blood pressure to my OBGYN. This doctor has no bedside manner. My two interactions with Dr. Arora were more traumatizing and humiliating than the delivery of my son in which the attending providers were very professional and did an outstanding job with their care and kindness.
