Dr. Foont is one of my favorite doctor’s. Even though I never love the prep she suggested the pills for the prep and they are a game changer as I need the procedure frequently. She listens to your concerns and is kind. She loves what she does and it shows, she really cares.

The Best in her field
Dr Foont knew and understood the suffering I was enduring. She was thorough, smart and a great diagnostician. I have been to several gastrointerogists who were unable to help me. She was able to put me in the right direction and for the first time in my 5 years of suffering , I felt that I am on the right track. I am so grateful to her.

From my initial appmt up to the post procedure, my experience is excellent with Dr. Foont. She is a very patient oriented person. She makes you and your concerns very important to her and she takes time to explain all the questions and issues that you have. She walks you through the colonoscopy procedure from start to finish. My colonoscopy appmt was 9am and I was out of the facility by 10am. She is on point with her patient’s schedule. Over all she is overly highly recommended for her expertise. Thank you very much Dr. Foont.

This was my first time with Manhattan Endoscopy and I highly recommend them. Everything - check in, pre-procedure, meeting with the doctor, post-procedure - was professional. Dr. Foont is an absolute joy and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The anesthesiologist told me exactly what she was going to do before she did it. Everyone was very kind and the entire appointment was efficient and high quality.

I will admit that I have taken too long to get my first colonoscopy. It was overdue because of an irrational fear of the process meeting Dr. Julie Foont what’s the best possible thing that could’ve happened to me. She is warm, witty, professional, and pleasant. I never expected to enjoy my consultation or post op. And while she now knows me more intimately than maybe any other human on the planet, I don’t think I could’ve trusted another person as much as her. I have nothing but admiration and praise for her work, and her personality and bedside manner.
