Rude and mean staff
Worst staff ever, they are very rude and mean. It’s so hard to call the office, they put you on hold and get disconnected and if you leave a voicemail, they never call back. I’ve battled cancer and been to several doctor’s office, this facility has the worst employees. It’s like they hate the patients and make you feel intimidated, I feel like I’m begging for health care . What’s the point of working in a healthcare industry if they’re not compassionate with patients. I hope that someone will tell them to change their nasty behavior and major attitude. Remember that there’s a God up there and sees everything. I hope the employees will come to their senses and be a little nice to patients and show some respect.

Horrible office staff
There was a woman Cynthia, so unprofessional. As soon as you dare ask some questions you are being rude according to her. The whole office staff horrible.

Worst doctor ever
To begin, I was diagnosed w/ kidney stones not by him. So I came in and took 2 months to get an appointment only to be ignored by him and barely even acknowledged. I told him how severe my pain is barely taps my back and dosent even escort me to the front office just rushes me and tells me come back in a month. I come back dosent explain that i would be doing a cystoscopy and same situation comes in barely looks at my face or says hi. Does it and leaves. I know it's so vague how i explain this, but i agree with the other reviews. Please listen to me. Report this doctor and don't step into his office. It's a terrible environment.

The worst Dr EVER !!!
After my third consult, and I speaking to my loved ones about how this Dr had ZERO communication skills had I even thought about looking for reviews on him. There it was, many patients had the EXACT negative experiences as I had. His office waiting area reminded me of the DMV or worse. He always is too busy to answer any questions. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS, then by all means go somewhere else

I haven't see this doctor yet , but the women at the window , the receptionist are talking about personal things, and everyone in the lobby can hear. It's very unprofessional. The lobby is full to capacity, their are no chairs left. It's seems to be very over booked. The reviews are all correct from this point. I will see the doctor and then write more , based off of his encounter.

A true welfare doctor. I've had to wait for at least an hour for my appts. One time there weren't any free chairs, so I sat in the hallway on the floor. After one procedure I was told I was going to be given a antibiotic shot. The nurse didn't even tell me which kind of antibiotic. I am allergic to several so it's important for me to know. The doctor is rushed. One time he rushed out of the room too fast so we finished our consultation in the hallway by the reception area, not privately.

I was referred to a Urologist for my severe kidney pain. The office staff were carrying on with no regard for me standing at the window. obviously over booked waiting room, waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes for an alleged Specialist in his field, walks in to the room barley makes eye contact, glances at my new patient file, has me stand up, taps my on my back 3 times and tells me to follow him to the front desk. Says to come back in 3 wks for an exam. What the heck was I there for today??!!!

Very flippant approach to my medical concerns. After a year of testing he threw up his hands and told me to figure out for myself why I at, 27 have an enlarged prostate. I've never felt so helpless in a doctors care. He also conducted a procedure that involved putting a scope down my urethra. When it came time for this he entered the room, said nothing except "breathe" and crammed the scope down my urethra.

Very knowledgeable doctor. Check out his experience and education record. And, that he accepts Medi-Cal/Medi-Care, without having to wait 6 months to see him is great. Helping me to manage my urinary and prostate issues. You don't have to wait in a room full of patients because he doesn't know what he's doing. On the contrary, it's because he so good and experienced at what he does. Highly recommend him!
