Does not explain things to patients well. Doesn't follow through on referrals to other physicians, and also did not contact me about test results when there was a problem. Overall no trust in this physician.

Dr. Bains was outstanding. He listened to me and fully explained what was going on. In my second appointment he didn't charge me for his time.

Very abrupt, and didn't even take time to explain results of tests before explaining options and fact that you might die from surgery. Poor communication skills, waited 45 minutes in room for him to arrive, listened to heart as an after thought before leaving room. Would not recommend.
