Practice

Wonderful PA, Melinda Newman. Unfortunately she is on staff at this organization. Two times consecutively I went in for an appt, one scheduled months ago, only to be told that, NO I didn't have an appt. there. The first time I was sent across town, which is fine due to the urgent nature of the visit, I was told I didn't have an app. there and Ms. Newman was even at that practice that day. After an unpleasant exchange during which I was told emphatically that I couldn't possibly have scheduled it the day before I left. This time I went in, gave front end the info only to be told the appointment had been cancelled months ago. But no reason was given. I didn't cancel it. I didn't get a cancel notice in any form. Twice in a row. Neither time was I offered an apology. Clearly their front end people need substantially more training. Providers can be outstanding but if the support crew can't or don't or won't do their jobs, it is all for naught. I'm switching providers.
