Dr. Juan Gonzalez, MD

Dr. G was a life saver during a ruff time in my life. He was able to identify things that were never addressed by other Psychiatrists. He identified right away the right treatment and guided be through my journey. I was able to change my life around and begin to do the things I was too anxious or scared to do but wanted to do. He took his time with me during our follow ups and did not rush things. He was genuinely curious and interested in what was going on in my life during our follow ups and would use his psychotherapy knowledge to assist in me in challenging negative beliefs or providing skills to utilize. I'm forever grateful to Dr. G, I can breathe now, be present, and feel a sense of content and fulfillment in life.

Dr Gonzalez is caring, kind and compassionate. He is very knowledgeable and I’m very grateful I found him!

I have seen many psychiatrist over the years, but after meeting with Dr Gonzalez , I could tell he was different. He really helped lift me up from such a dark place, I feel so much better. I highly recommend his services.

I have had multiple psychiatrists in my life, treating me for anxiety and depression. I started seeing Dr. Gonzalez two or so years ago. He listened to my goals, and instead of pushing medication on me, he evaluated my situation, and we executed a plan designed for me.We found that I actually have ADD, something no other doctor suspected or treated me for.When I first started meeting with Dr. G, I was stocking soda at grocery stores for a living. We changed my meds a bit, then I felt the need to go back to school. We then changed my meds a bit further, then I became an account manager and started selling soda to stores. Adjusted my meds once again, I resigned from my job and started getting straight A’s in school. Now, after months of trial and error, I work in a hospital, making double than what I was before meeting Dr. G. I feel more focus, happy, and finally at peace. He certainly has changed my life for the better.Thank you so much Doctor Gonzalez. You the man!

Dr Gonzalez, Is one of the best in the business in my opinion. He has helped me with my depression and anxiety. I feel like he cares about your mental health and has helped me manage my medication and set me up for success in my mental health journey . He is quick in responding back. I am super grateful I finally found a doctor that cares.

The office is in a great location or I can visit by phone. I've been visiting Dr. Gonzalez for almost 4 years now. I feel like he listens well, he is easy to talk to and helped me get ahold of my anxiety and severe depression. I still have bouts of depression when life hits, but its easier to come out of now. I feel very comfortable and secure that Dr. Gonzalez is there if I have any problems.

Dr. Gonzalez helped me through the lowest point in my mental health journey and was more insightful, genuine, and effective than anyone else I worked with. He took his time understanding my situation and stressors to get an accurate diagnosis and provide real solutions. I was impressed with his ability to ask all the right questions and get to the heart of the problem without wasting time. He was quick to follow up and made good choices with medications. I wish I could continue working with him but I moved. Dr. Gonzales has the skill of a true healer.

I have regular appointments with Dr Gonzalez. He manages my medication and gives me constructive advice every month. I have been working with Dr Gonzalez since I moved to the area almost 4 years ago. I feel understood and supported. I find communication very easy with the spruce app. He receives any messages I send and responds within 24 hours usually sooner. I truly appreciate Dr Gonzalez and the through and empathetic care I receive.

I do not like to have to pay for a service 24 hours before.

Dr. Gonzalez is a phenomenal psychiatrist and is clearly passionate about his work. He has a genuine interest in his patients and spends time listening to you during each session. He has a very calm and personable demeanor that helps create a safe space. He appears to use meds as a tool to help you get to where you need to be to do the real work and, if appropriate, will discuss the reduction or discontinued use of meds at some point. His approach is far different to the 10-15 minute pill pushing sessions I've received from previous psychiatrists!  Dr. G is interested in your overall health and how it all connects to your mental wellness. He takes into consideration your eating and exercise habits, the vitamins and supplements you take and your blood test results. He is accessible between appointments. I can send a quick message and receive a prompt reply from him directly within hours - sometimes mere minutes. Appointments are easily made and rescheduled. Billing is simple.

After a decade of different treatments and Drs., Dr Gonzalez is the first one that I felt was truly trying to help me. Dr Gonzalez has always been easy to talk to and has literally helped me change my life. I would and have recommended him to friends.

Dr. Gonzalez was able to help me with a problem I had with my medication that I had been struggling with for years. With a few simple changes he helped change my day to day life. I’m very appreciative to have had him as my doctor.
