After a live changing pedestrian car accident, I struggled with a chronic sleep disorder and nightmares until I was privileged to be referred to Dr. Patwa for treatment. Dr. Patwa listened so carefully and took pages of notes on my history and comments. I went back for several visit, tried different prescribed medication until he founda sleeping medication that has greatly improved my sleep. He is a very knowledgeable doctor who took the time to explain and analyze my condition. He also gives tips on natural remedies instead of just prescription medication.

Dr. Patwa changed my life. I had been on medications for depression and Anxiety for years. After going through a traumatic event, I started having racing thoughts, couldn't sleep, couldn't keep organised. Chores seemed too much to get done. As soon as I walked in and met Dr. Petwa he set my issues at ease with a simple explanation and medication adjustment. I have never felt so good. In just two weeks I was doing amazing. I never realized how much of our physical symptoms are controlled by our brain. So thankful to have found this kind and knowledgeable man. Feeling thankful today.

I lived with chronic debilitating depression for more than ten years and was treated by my primary care physician. About ten months ago it became so bad that I couldn’t get out of bed much less complete average household chores. At the urging of my husband, a RN, I made an appointment to see a psychiatrist. As luck would have it I was referred to Dr Patwa. He was really thorough in his examination and explained in plain language my diagnosis and suggested treatment plan. A seemingly simple adjustment to my medications. And then I saw the light! Finally I felt connected to the real world instead of an observer from the outside. He and his staff deliver the highest quality professional care I’ve ever known.

With so many doctors (and so many different medications making me sick), Dr. Patwa was really helpful in cleaning up the overmedication I was struggling with. I felt noticeably better starting the next day.

Was very reassuring and helped my wife with overwhelming medical problems. He made her outlook less troubling to accept and live with.

Since late 2015 I have had major depression, anxiety, PTSD, and Panic Disorder all brought on by a work situation from my employer of 25 yrs that forced me onto disability as of November 2015. I have never had depression before my work situation and saw numerous Dr's in 2016 that would try and help with meds but none ever worked very well or very long. My husband and I moved in 2017 and I felt good without mental health Dr's and used Homeopathic OTC drugs like St John's Wort, Valerin Root, Passion Flower and other's thru 2017 & 2018 but then I was diagnosed with cancer January 2019 & I went into Severe depression & my mental health went down hill from on cancer Anti-hormone meds, then I started seeing a new Psychiatrist who helped me find what worked for yrs... fast forward after COVID vaccines & he wouldn't see me anymore because I wouldn't get the vaccine. The appt with Dr. Vinod K. Patwa, MD at Eisenhower today was by far the WORST experience in my Life of dealing w/depression!!!

For my first visit, Dr. Patwa took a great deal of time to learn about my concerns. He listened carefully and took numerous notes to document my comments. After that he voice recorded the information and asked for feedback as to whether he had correctly relayed the notes. The medication he prescribed has greatly improved my sleep and fibromyalgia pain. I was asked to return in two weeks for a follow up visit. I give my highest possible recommendation for Dr. Patwa.
