The kindest and sweetest Doctor
Dr. Cassen is beyond sweet and caring. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. She explained In great detail my diagnosis and made sure I understood before I left. It's so refreshing to have s doctor with her demeanor.. Her work ethic is unmatched and she is a huge asset to Sherpard eye care.

Excellent Rapport
I have been going to Dr Cassen for several years. She is always very pleasant and never pushes anything you don’t really need. For instance, she recommended I still use “cheater readers” as long as they work for me! At age 72, I have finally graduated to a real prescription. Lol

Dr. Cassen & all other professionals are excellent
Dr. Cassen is very compassionate and thoroughly explained my Son’s condition using simple terms . She takes time assessing patients without rushing and she is a Gem with excellent bedside skills. I highly recommend her expertise.

Dr. Cassen was very nice and very insighful with gluacoma. I had surgery last year with Dr. Eisenberg and she helped explain things to me that he didn't before he left.
