Excellent customer service from when I walked in .
Excellent service Friendly and polite staff From reception desk Anisia to Diana who did the testing on my eyes - to Ray Ann who prepped me for Dr. Theodosius. Dr T was as wonderful as my friends said he would be!

Dr. Peterson explained to me the various tests that I had taken before being seen by him and in terms I could understand. Went over my last 2 visits with me and explained any variances in the tests taken previously. Took time and did not appear to be rushing through my appointment.Very happy with him. Happy in general with Shepard Eye Center. Dr. Steven Hansen performed my 2 cataract surgeries many years ago, and I am still with the Center.

I Can’t Imagine Going Anywhere Else
We’ve had three generations in my family that have gone to Shepherd Eye Clinic. With each visit I learn something new about preserving my vision and caring for the health of my eyes. As a recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic, I left my most recent appointment empowered by information that could potentially save not just my vision, but safe my life. Thank you, Dr. Peterson!

Friendly staff and very efficient
I saw two or three staff members who were experts in their duties and made me feel that I was well taken care of, and then I saw Dr. Taylor, who was beyond wonderful. He spent time to answer my questions and I look forward to seeing him again next year.

Dr. Taylor 5 stars
I had an emergency visit at the Rampart location because I got some chemicals in my eyes and did not want to risk the time to go all the way to Henderson to see Dr Hansen. I don't know why Dr Taylor's name is not listed in the drop down box, but he was excellent in his examination, explaining the situation and providing valuable information. He was professional and very personable.

A great group of doctors. I see more than one. They are always caring and supportive. Only Dr. Lee's name was on the drop down menu. I also see Dr. Ravi Reddy. Both doctors are great!

Very organized
Was waited on extremely fast for the first two steps. Took a little longer to be seen by doctor. I’ve been going here for many years. It is very well organized and runs smoothly from the patients point of view. It’s also close to home (Sun City). I try to see Dr. T. Reddy and consider her my main Opthalmologist.

Great Doctors
I have been a patient of Shepherd Eye Care for 28 years. I find the Doctors and Staff are very professional and caring. I see Doctor Robert Taylor and I find him to be an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and has removed cataracts with great results. I am very pleased with the care of my eyes by Dr Taylor.

Great
I was there two hours which they told me ahead of time would happen. I never sat more than 5 minutes before someone would take me for testing. Dr. Fant was thorough in answering all my questions and listening to my concerns. The staff was friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend this practice!
