Both Drs Santos and Torres are excellent general adult clinicians. The office, however leaves much to be desired. They cater to the Spanish speaking population, which is great, unless you do not speak Spanish. Mistakes are frequently made with scheduling, billing, ordering medications and ordering labwork. I have my endocrinologist send my labs every 3 months, but for some reason they never have them. You have to double check everything the office staff does.

Too many mistakes, in 2 occasions they try to overcharge me the copayments (is$20.00) The third time the 20 plus $53.00 I paid, and my insurance knows about it my insurance said that is wrong ,before that incorrect date of birth in my record and they call my husband for remind me the appointment because they said to my husband that they don’t have my cellphone number in the system and other situations that happened but I give up. I changed the doctor, the staff is deficient.

This is one of the worst doctor offices I have ever had the displeasure of using. The medical staff is terribly rude and simply do not want to be there. They overbooked me, sent me to the wrong lab that's out of network, and wouldn't help with getting my lab results. Even though they open at 8, they don't even get there until 8:30. I walked out of my follow up. Don't go here unless you're prepared to be disappointed. FYI... I normally never write reviews.

I went in with a recent foot injury and the staff took great care of me in the office. Dr. Torres made me feel right at home and I feel confident with the help he gave me. My foot's feeling much better already.

I went there once for something and I ask for something else, the rude assistant told me that I have to get another appointment . So for each medical question, you have to make an appointment $$$$. No way, Jose.

1st visit med student took down all of my H&P, I saw her right everything down & when he came in he skipped over my info, misinterpreted some of my labs, ignored my list of meds, would not give me referrals for Drs I had seen in the past. I suffer with severe pain from spinal stenosis & he NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING FOR PAIN RELIEF-has made me suffer for 2 months until I can be seen by a pain management Dr. His PA is just as bad. Don't listen to pt & NO EMPATHY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
