Great ENT
Dr. Mikus takes the time needed to explain things. He has even phoned me personally to follow up. Plus, the office staff are very responsive and pleasant.

I had to add to my prior review
I wanted to add to my already glowing review because this office called me at home to see how things were going and If I felt I needed a prescription filled ( that had been suggested as a Plan B) They responded right away to a question via My chart. They called me back promptly and had already called in the prescription. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism.

HORRIBLE I waited over an hour and a half and was NEVER SEEN BY A DR!! I will NEVER GO BACK, nor recommend their practice!! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Recently had an appointment with Dr. Mikus, and I would recommend him to anyone needing head/neck services. He was probably the friendliest doctor I have ever encountered. His examination was thorough, the explanations were very understandable for the lay person and his observations and findings were being transcribed in real time for future reference. Rating: 11 out of 10.

Terrible Experience. Was laughed at during appointment told that none of my symptoms were thyroid related . I left the office in tears. My friend who was also a patient recommended him as she went for her thyroid checkups. After coming with me seeing how I was treated she terminated her care. He told her to come back if she experienced the list of symptoms he told her. I was having those symptoms but yet nothing wrong. Another doctor removed my thyroid and found cancer cells

Dr. Mikus was great with our infant who has chronic ear infections. He was upfront, compassionate, and caring. His office was clean, staff was friendly, and we were able to schedule a new patient appointment very quickly. We ended up needing tubes in our infants ears. We were able to schedule this procedure quickly and the procedure took less than 15 minutes through the Winchester Surgical Clinic.
