I recently had shoulder replacement surgery with Dr. Joseph Lynch, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the friendly staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Lynch is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for his patients. He personally called me after I texted him, and then followed up a few days later—during Thanksgiving week, no less! It’s rare to find a doctor so dedicated to their patients. Dr. Lynch is personable, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and constantly checks if you have questions to make sure you’re fully informed and at ease.I felt completely confident in his care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery. I’ve had two shoulder surgeries by Dr. Lynch now and have been thoroughly impressed by the man and the results The strongest recommendation I can give is that if my mother or other family member needed a shoulder surgery I would send them to Dr. Lynch. Look no further Dr. Lynch and his staff from the receptionist to the back office staff are amazing. Medical Assistant is so patient and helpful. I lost my insurance and she was quick to provide out of pocket estimates, or options for insurance purchases. Post surgery, she was quick to answer questions and provide advice. Dr. Lynch has amazing patient care, he called before and after surgery to check up. Before surgery it helped alleviate my anxiety and after surgery checked up on how I was doing with recovery. Post surgery appointment, Dr. Lynch went over images and provided recommendations for exercises and physical therapy. They are amazing, they care about their patients! Best in town, shoulder clinic!

Impressive customer service and personal caring touches each step of the way. Mike is a great PA and doc and staff really listened to my shoulder issues. Got told various minor diagnoses prior but was a full RC tear. Surgery went well and I was supported through the process. Highly recommend.

I really want to have a surgeon that is capable and also is caring and approachable. I do not want someone that thinks he or she is better than the patient. Dr. Lynch fit all the requirements. Most important is the quality of the surgeon, because we do not want to walk away from these situations feeling the same or worse than when we walked in. I have had one shoulder replaced in another city and was very heppy with the surgeon and the results. Coming to Dr. Lynch, my expectations were high. He did not disappoint! I am not through the process, but so far, the process and results are great.

Dr. Lynch is very professional yet personable. I felt that he truly cared about my well being. Although, the surgery and healing process was difficult, I’m thankful to have a great surgeon that helped me get back to doing things I love.

My husband had shoulder surgery that most patients have a tough recovery and pain. It's been a week. We returned the cold ice machine and he has not taken any pain killers. Dr. Lynch called my husband before the surgery, called me after and called my husband the next day. We even ran into another patient at Costco that had same great results.

I have been calling on medical professionals for last 25yrs and i have never experienced this high of personal communication and care from any other provider. Dr. Lynch and I had a deep discussion on data before surgery and he was truly caring and went above and beyond to assure all my concerns were addressed. I had surgery on my elbow Dr Lynch was absolutely amazing , never in my experiences have I ever had a Dr call me to personally ask me if I was doing ok Dr lynch called me the night prior to surgery after hours to make sure I was doing alright if I had any questions for him then again the day after surgery to make sure agin that I was doing ok ! I thought wow this Dr really cares . Wow is all I can say !! Thank you for going Above and beyond !!!

I feel during the winter landing on my elbow, that drove the humerus bone through the shoulder socket destroying my Rotator cuff. Dr. Lynch, this is the third surgery Dr Lynch has done on my family, diagnost us correctly and did remarkable work on both of us. He's done two on me now, same arm and one on my wife. The care we received has been the best we've gotten anywhere. Treasure valley hospital is absolutely the best surgical care facility in Idaho! Dr. Lynch, his PA Micheal and rest of his staff are top notch in the field of shoulders. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone with issues.

The Shoulder Clinic staff were sympathetic and comforting, which was important because my pain was in my neck and shoulder and I had tried everything else to get rid of it. They provided options and went to bat for me with Insurance. I’m 8 weeks post surgery and feeling better than in years.
