Impressive. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everything was a positive experience. They were on time for my appointment (no waiting at all), all staff was pleasant, and the provider listened to my concerns and I felt heard. She offered me different treatment options and discussed the risks and benefits in easy to understand terms. There were no lines at check in or check out. It is clean and modern. Great experience.

This is the first time I've had to have a procedure done like this....Dr. Housel and the staff were very professional, explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease for this procedure. He followed up on me that evening to check on me, even though it was probably minor procedure in terms of what they do every day. Still it made me feel like I was important. After putting off my initial screening for years, I'm very glad I went and will now make it a regular habit to keep up on my skin health!

Every staff member I was in contact with was very professional. Wait time to see the doctor was minimal. After care instructions were given verbally and given to me on a take home sheet. Staff and doctor were willing to answer any questions I had.I highly recommend this medical office!

My first experience with Housel Dermatology was with my husband. He had squamous cell cancer of the nose. The practice was top notch from beginning to end. Dr Housel did a fantastic job and his staff is very proffessional. Recently my brother was diagnosed with squamous cell cancer on his nose and I didn't hesitate to reccomend Dr Housel, it's important to have the right surgeon especially with your face. Dr Housel and his staff again did a fantastic job. I can not recommend his office enough..

Dr Housel is an exceptional doctor who truly listens to his patients and takes the time to fully understand their concerns. He explained everything clearly and presented my options with great detail, allowing me to make an informed decision about having surgery again. . I was once again reminded of what a truly compassionate, knowledgeable, & phenomenal doctor, he was. He is the kind of doctor every person should be so lucky to have in their corner of care. Thank you for giving me back so much with this surgery. Truly was life changing. Had surgery to remove a cyst on my face. The nurses were telling me what to expect and and answered any questions I had. Dr. Housel removed the cyst and also followed up with a phone call in the evening to see how I was doing. The quality of care and professionalism in this office is unbelievable and I would highly recommend this practice.

Had a follow up visit with Dr Housel to check a few concerning spots I had. All of his staff were very pleasant from check in to check out. I was brought to my exam room in a very timely manner and did not have a long wait before being seen by the doctor as well. Dr Housel was very professional and addressed all of my concerns while making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice to all family and friends!

I have been going to Housel Dermatology for the past few years and each visit has been peasant. The staff from check in to check out are always friendly and efficient. The Dr. and medical staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease. They actually talk to you while you’re having a procedure or just getting a check up. I recommend them to family and friends.

ALWAYS on time. Dr. Housel is a fabulous doctor and he actually calls all his surgical patients to check on them the day of surgery. Liz, a PA, is also fabulous. Both are professional and friendly. Never rushed. Heather, the surgical nurse is great about calling with cancellations. Last surgery Kristen and Jill assisted Dr. Jill was amazing at giving the novacaine - I never felt it going in. She does it very slowly. Kristen explained what she was doing. I feel I am in the best hands of Dr. Housel and his team! From check in to check out always a very positive experience.

Staff is pleasant, and the Doctor is terrific. I am a retired RN and I am pleased with the thoroughness of his exam, his demeanor and the treatment of my skin condition. My wait time was less than 5 minutes.

This office is amazing from start to finish. From communication, to scheduling, to ease of appointments, they have a system that works. I’ve been receiving secret rf for acne scarring, and have no complaints! I have tried treatments for years to work away at scarring, and wish i started here sooner.

It hurt, I swore a little, no one seemed to mind, I love the provider I see whose name I cannot remember at this moment, and after years of putting off this procedure it only cost $150 out of pocket (not a procedure insurance covers) and I was back in my car 34 minutes later with just a little stinging ;)
