I recently went for my yearly skin check. Dr Housel froze a seborrheic keratosis off on left arm. After review of bill from office I noticed two surgery charges. Called billing office for clarification. Looking at chart billing stated I had 5 lesions treated. I immediately stated that was not accurate. Billing office sent several emails to Dr Housels office about my concern. After 3 weeks of waiting for Housels office staff to call me back, I called office directly. Office manager reviewed chart and stated the above, 5 lesions treated. That she had to trust note on chart. That I must have been mistaken about procedure. I’m a retired critical care nurse and certainly know the difference between having 1 vs. 5 SK frozen! Office manager consulted Dr Housel. A minimal charge adjustment was granted. She then stated in the future, I SHOULD MAKE SURE I UNDERSTAND procedures occurring during office visits! My advice to them,VERIFY NOTE TAKEN BY STAFF at end of day. Check charges on your bill!

Do not go here for any kind of injections or fillers- They have no idea what they are doing. I had fillers injected by the staff in this office in 2018- I went to a plastic surgeons office today to find out why the top of my lip and mouth was getting worse (Severe deep wrinkles with hard tissue) I thought it was scar tissue forming or something... IT WAS THE FILLER THEY DID that never dissolved. Not only did they use the wrong kind they actually administered wrong! They even found where they injected inside my mouth DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Housel and his entire staff is amazing! Professional, friendly, kind, compassionate, competent, knowledgeable, and prompt. From the moment you walk in the door through check out, you are welcomed and treated respectfully. An awesome experience.
