First off it took over two months to get a new patient appointment but ok whatever but then they send the paperwork to be filled out with instructions to the office, so I dive there on time (30 minutes prior) with all paperwork filled out only to find they told me the wrong office so I had to drive what took me 20 minutes to get to the other office for my appointment at 3 I was there at 2:51 and the desk and the lady there told me she had to reschedule after they told me the wrong office and I drove to the other one and still made it before three with paperwork complete. Very very unprofessional and rude front desk staff. Then they had the nerve to call me back after I complained to United Health and tell me he had an appointment the next day I said no thanks if that’s how you treat a new patient.

Dr. Cozzolino has been our family doctor for over 20 years. He listens to you and truly cares. He’ll answer your questions…. this helps to lessen your anxiety. He always schedules a follow up appointment to check on your recovery. Great doctor….

I have been a patient for 20+ years & so has my husband. Dr. Cozzolino has always provided us with excellent care& is always very kind. We are both in our late 70’s.

When going in as a new patient for a preventative visit, be expected to be charged as a new patient office visit. He will come in for 2 minutes order labs and have you come back for your “preventative” visit. Now, this is your “free” visit. He has now got to claims in with your insurance. He has no bedside manner, told me my labs were normal, when they were abnormal. In the questionnaire, addressed some health concerns in which he didn’t even bother to talk about. He talked more to his watch than me. It was a whole 5 minutes of two words and out the door he went.

I went without having a primary physician for years. I found Dr. Cozzolino by chance and am so glad I did. I have been with him for years now and wouldn't think of switching.

Doctor did not treat nor refer. Just cashing checks here folks look elsewhere specially if you're sick. Despite having annual full blood panel checks and being told things were normal. Another doctor saw those results and immediately saw a trend that required attention. You are just a number here.

I have gone to Dr Cozzolino for numerous things. Great bedside manner. Typically quick in and out. Clean. He has also seen my son due to repetitive sinus infections as a child.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cozzolino's for just over ten years. He has done a wonderful job of keeping this 72 year old healthy. Although he works quickly and efficiently, he always takes extra time when he feels I have concerns, questions, or haven't understood clearly. I like his mannerisms and his ethics, He has the ability to make you feel like a friend even though may only see him a few times a year. He also has a one of the best PA-C's working with him, which is a real bonus if he is unavailable (which has happened occasionally to me). I once bumped into him in a grocery store, and he immediately, addressed me by name; out of the thousands of people he sees each year, he remembered my name. That's the kind of guy he is. If you are looking for a new doctor, He would be the first one I would recommend you contact, and you should hope he has time in his schedule for new patients. Bottom Line: He is a great doctor, and highly recommended.
