I called for a time-sensitive matter (sudden tinnitus) and they managed to get me in the next day even though I was a new patient! Other providers said the earliest would be 4-6 weeks out. The office staff was friendly, as was the audiologist. But I was extra impressed with Dr Gurian! I felt so heard (no pun intended), we had a legit discussion, and I did not feel rushed. Amazing. (I just wish he was in-network with my insurance.)

This was my first time seeing this doctor. He shamed me for not getting the Covid vaccine and compared it to wearing a seatbelt. I did not appreciate this as I was seeing him for a completely different issue not covid advice.

Stephanie Song, MSN-FNP-BC, who is in Dr. Gurian's practice, has given me outstanding care for nose bleeds. She also explained why I have symptoms which have plagued me every spring for years. Now I understand why my allergy tests were always negative. My nasal passages are inflamed by spring pollens and not by allergies. I should have discussed the symptoms with my ENT specialist before seeking unnecessary medical help. Now I can relax while I live with the normal irritation some people suffer during springtime.

Dr. Gurian is awesome and caring! He’s a pure professional, extremely knowledgeable, listens to the questions and takes time to answer any and all questions!

My 7 year old son has been in pain for 2 months after dealing with Strep then his ear drums retracted and tubes were backed up. Found out his ear drums and tubes are back to normal, but he is still in pain. He minimized like it was due to him dealing with stressors and prescribed him zantac for kids. When I explained his pain he continues to deal with and we are desperate to get him back to normal. Mortin is not working, he got defensive in front on my kid. I was not disrespectful. Stay away.

Over the years, my nose slowly became totally constricted, which made life and sleep miserable. Dr Gurian diagnosed polyps and performed surgery in early Dec., 2016. After a short recovery period, the difference was amazing!! I could breathe through my nose; no more infections; I felt the best I had in years and no more dry mouth at night. From the beginning, the office staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gurian, who I found to be extremely kind, informative, patient and empathetic, correctly diagnosed my issue (that my PCP missed). I am so incredibly thankful to Dr. Gurian, his nurses, audiologist and the rest of his team. They were all so TERRIFIC and had it not been for Dr. Gurian, I probably would have sustained permanent hearing loss in my ear. Thank you so much Dr. Gurian!!!
