Dr Mellis is a fantastic doctor who I travel far to see. He is incredibly caring and genuinely cares about people and their well-being. His office staff is kind and has gone out their way to accommodate my schedule and time. I highly recommend you give them a chance. They’re a busy small office trying to do their best.

Dr. Mellis and his staff have an excellent bedside manner and go above and beyond to explain things and be helpful. Dr. Mellis is also very patient and knowledgeable.

I can't say enough about Dr. Mellis.! I was recently having a sinus / nasal situation and Dr. Mellis took a call from my Primary doc. He got me in same day (which I know is not the norm). Additionally, immediately Dr. Mellis put me at ease with his relaxed, confident demeanor. I'll rather not share the specifics of the siutuation, but I can say he did not want to perform some unneeded procedure, he gave me sound advice and the issue was resolved with a simple approach over the next day. This is not some fake review, I am taking time to write this because Dr. Mellis treated me with such care.! I genuinely recommend him as a medical professional.! Dan

Dr Mellis... do you have any idea that your staff puts people on extended holds. First call today 15 ; I hung up and called back and was on hold another 16 min. I called back and finally a totally uninterested male made the appt which took perhaps 3-4 min. Same male put me on the holds. Two previous times I attempted to make a return appt the message said you were closed ( during normal business hours). You admin staff seems to be a problem. No apologies for the wait or repeated calls... nothing. You need an intervention. Your patients’ time is also valuable.

Although he specializes in pediatric ENT, he does accept adult patients. I have a lot of experience with ENT M.D.s, and Dr. Mellis is probably the best I have ever come across. Practical, efficient and accurate assessment of the situation, very willing to discuss in detail what you are dealing with as well as general and specific advice to improve sinus health and address conditions. He recommends more natural sinus rinses and ointments rather than over-medicating.
