Scheduling is a nightmare. Very difficult to get in. Office staff is not helpful. I called a day prior to my sons apt to verify time yet when I came into the apt I was turned away because my apt was not at the time I had verified. Dr made me feel belittled with concerns I had regarding my youngest child. I used to feel pleased with this Dr as I have been taking my oldest to him for 8 years now. Recently my experience has unfortunately been poor. Will be looking for a new Dr/office for my kids.
