I have three children with disabilities, and Dr. Stanley understands that on a personal level. He has never question my thoughts, options or my questions that I have for him. Out of all the practicing physicians in my area. He took us in when no one wanted to bother with helping me out navigate the healthcare system. He takes on that responsibility to find answers when us as parents cannot. He is a busy man, so his staff in Riverside is so transparent with us about that. He takes the time to listen, research and find solutions for us. I am grateful for him and his staff in Riverside. However, he does see adults as well. I love his office and I have never had a problem that wasn't solved at the Riverside office. Thank You Dr Stanley, keep up the good work.

I really like Dr. Shwartz BUT ….. his staff is the worst I have ever tried to deal with . I see him in Banning and they tell me to call in 2 days before my prescription is due for refill and yet I leave my message and not one of them will call you back . You wait 3 days and still no script for my pain …How a doctors office is ran this way is beyond me … it is a cold day and I need my medicine and I cannot get it because these nurses running this awful show can’t do their jobs and they blame the doctor . So please find another doctor only because of his incompetence nurse staff !!!!

I do see a lot of people saying this office is bad. But Dr schwartz is the kindest doctor I’ve ever had. The staff is a bit hard to deal with at times. But he is an amazing doctor. I live with chronic migraines and back pain. He’s been the only doctor to actually listen to me and truly care for his patients. If u can manage to get through the staff (not all of them are bad, some are but not all. I wish I could remember the good ones names. I think Natalie is one of them) if u want a acting doctor. It would be him. Also, record all appointment made. I’ve made appointment in the past, and shown up to be told that it was never scheduled. Make sure to ask for a name and record it!!!!

called to make a appointment at riverside office, was told there was no more riverside office only one in Moreno Valley which was out of my way, so when i get there no appointment for me cause it was made at riverside office instead, which i guess there was a riverside office duhhh really , so i saw a nurse practionor which was really nice, than my medication was sent to wrong drug store way out of my was when i put down the rite address and phone number,

My family and I have been patients of Dr Schwartz and staff for over 20 years. When my Children were younger he was excellent at educating us about asthma. I now have diabetes and his 3 offices are always accommodating when I need appointments or referrals for other services. I suggest that if your an adult patient and live near Riverside that you try this office. It has a calmer and quieter waiting room. All though all 3 officers acommadate all patients, Just my personal choice.

I would leave a 0 but its not an option. Every time you go you only see an NP not the actual Dr. Dont put your name on it if you dont plan on seeing your patients. Every time I go I have ask the medical assistants what my blood pressure was because they do not tell you. The NP prescribed medicine to me today then as she is walking out the door with he back to me yells you can pick up your prescriptions at the pharmacy. How about you actually tell the patient what you are prescribing. Worst place

We were supposed to have had our first appointment with the Doctor. We where instead seen by a Nurse Practitioner, which they had ample time to contact us about and let us know that we would not be seen by the doctor, we had placed many calls to this office about the visit and what we needed to bring with us. This doctor is never in his office - this office is run by nurses and PN's who do good work but rely on time consuming practices making the average stay there much longer than necessary. The office staff don't follow up on things like calling in prescriptions - they forget or get distracted. They have to be reminded several times to get it right.
