Melanoma surgery
Dr. Gaumond performed surgery to remove a malignant melanoma from my abdomen, as well as a sentinel node biopsy. She was professional, caring and had time for my questions. She recommended certain follow-up care, which I intend to folloe. Highly recommended

Lucky
I was fortunate to fit into Dr Gaumond ‘s schedule for a complicated part of an operation I needed. She is in high demand. Her skill set is advanced and requires extensive experience for safety. I had no complications. My preop appointment was thorough, I was left time for questions and clarifications. I will not need to see her again? But if something comes up, I will feel comfortable discussing my health with her.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Gaumond and her lack of professionalism. I met with her about my abdominal hernia and she was very certain that my weight would make it more difficult which I totally agreed with her and realize that this is a situation. However, she refused to listen to me explain any of my symptoms and assumed everything I am going through is due to my weight. I tried to explain things that have changed since I had an extreme cold last September when I think my hernia got worse and she wouldn't listen to me. I do know my weight is an issue but I also know my body and know when something has changed. She literally walked out of my session with her without so much as a goodbye and when she didn't come back I asked as I had a few questions of what I should do in the meantime before I could actually have surgery. I was told she was with another patient and she didn't have anymore time. I am 66 years old and have never had a doctor treat me that way. No Respect!

Dr Gaumond is the best side of what a medical doctor brings to humanity. She is very calm, kind, and top notch with her knowledge n professional manner. Her explanations were very clear and easy to understand. The medical world of doctors and pharmaceutical company should be very grateful to have someone that puts Hope and trust back into the medical world. Thankful n grateful ?? Todd Sprauer

Dr. Gaumond listened to me , examinedme , suggested surgery and explained everything to me in detail. She drew diagrams, explained all risks. She is smart, compassionate, and I trust her skills 100%
