Didn’t care to listen to the patient…
Very disappointed. This man spent about 3 minutes in the room. Rolled his eyes as the patient was speaking & seemed to have his mind made up about the patient’s symptoms. Very dismissive & made the patient feel as if they were ridiculous in even scheduling an appointment. Go to DFW if you want an up to date & informed surgeon. Don’t waste your time with this man.

Outstanding and conservative surgeon. He only operates if you need it and doesn't "over operate."

Dr. Mannas is my hero...my experience and results from my surgery have been amazing! He did a Laminectomy at the L3/4 and L4/5 and did a Post Lumbar Fusion at the L4. Dr. Mannas, his office staff, Covenant Hospital and everyone on HC5 were outstanding. Yesterday was two weeks since the surgery and I had my staples out. I'm working hard to do my part during this recovery period...I have already noticed major improvement since the surgery...Thank You Dr. Mannas!!!!

Dr. Mannas took excellent care of me when I had a Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. I spent 15 days in SICU and he saw me everyday and was very effective in treating me while preventing a stroke. Dr. Mannas was very thorough in his explanations to me and my family of what a SAH was and what to expect. I was very lucky to have had such a great and knowledgeable Doctor.

Despite my plea for help, Dr. Mannas explained that the pain was all in my head and that as soon as I accepted that everyone hurts as they age, I would feel better.
