Everyone with whom I interacted at the clinic was kind, courteous, and efficient. I had to move from the second floor to the first and back twice, This was a little discomforting for me as my vision was so impaired. I had difficulty reading the room numbers on the wall of the elevator and ended up on the basement floor on my first trip down. I got back in the elevator and managed to find the number for the first floor, so no big problem.. All in all I was very favorably impressed with the kindness and concern for all the staff I encountered. I am grateful for having the Eye Institute here in Milwaukee.
