I was just looking for a psychiatrist in Louisville and was delighted to see Dr. Smolley's name pop up! He used to treat my girl who is developmentally disabled. He was so kind and spent a lot of time getting to know her so as to make a correct diagnosis and prescribe medications that would help. I would recommend him very highly!!
