Dr Nora saved my life! I had a bowel obstruction and he operated right away. Very concerned and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend him.

I feel that Dr. Nora is honest and trustworthy. His manner may be brusque, but I’m not looking for a new best friend. I need a medical professional.

Dr. Nora performed surgery on my father. He was all business and did good work. He even corrected a minor issue that we didn't know about.

Absolutely the most wonderful man who can bring a sense of humor even in trying times. I am a two time breast cancer survivor and Dr. Nora was my surgeon both times. I adore this man.

Dr. Nora is good surgeon, but at my first year check up post Lumpectomy, he & his male assistant barged in the room before I had covered my breasts with cover-up. He said ‘Oh come on, we see this all day long ‘ when I put my hands over my breasts. I felt shamed. Gee.... please let me have some dignity.

A year ego I was diagnosed with colon cancer and have chosen Dr.Nora to do the surgery. He was very informative about my options and I decided to do the surgery robotically. The surgery was a success he was very happy to let me know that all the cancer was removed. Three days later I was discharged without any post surgery treatment. Thank you, Dr Nora! I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. NORA performed a “surgery” two years ago. Still dealing with all the same issues, have gotten a second opinion and was informed I have to have another surgery. Never fixed by Dr NORA in the first place. He had a horrible bed side manor, never came out to speak to me after I was in recovery. Just sent me on my merry way!

Dr. Nora is a skilled surgeon, a very compassionate and caring doctor. Debbie at the front desk, his nurse, Phyllis, and Karen who scheduled the surgery and helped me get through the pre-op procedure, were all efficient, attentive, responsive and kind. I feel very grateful to have found Dr. Nora to help me through my breast cancer surgery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your good work.

Outstanding surgeon! I had frequent emergency room visits and infection before being referred to a surgeon. I checked-out all of the names I was given and chose Dr. Nora because of his excellent credentials and record. His explanation of my condition, the risks and possible outcomes was straightforward, as was his plan for surgery. He was patient in answering my many questions. I had a speedy recovery after robotic surgery and, most importantly, excellent results!

Horrible Dr. Terrible experience. Dr. Nora told me I had a mass and would need surgery. Had to pay $2400 for the surgery only to have Dr. Nora inform me he was wrong and there was no mass. Still in a lot of pain. Will need to have some sort of imaging done = more $. My husband also just had to have cervical spine surgery. Still in a neck brace and still paying the medical bills for that.

Was referred to Dr. Nora by my GI doctor. He performed an exam and told me I had a mass that would need to be surgically removed. Scheduled surgery, had to pay $2,400 out of pocket. After surgery Dr. Nora informed me he was WRONG there was no mass! Pain is still present, he was wrong and I'm out $2,400! At my follow up appt when I asked him how was it that had felt a mass and then there in fact was not he really couldn't give me an answer.

I had mentioned to Dr. Nora that I had a concern with a mass just under the skin at the crease between my hip and torso. He asked me about it just before surgery and marked that area. He removed that mass and for the first time in 20 years I have not had a burning pain shooting down from my spine to the right knee. It was the intensity of pain that was so extreme that at times I would not hear what being said because of trying to manage that pain. That pain is gone. Thanks Dr. Nora

Delayed my surgery too long due to upcoming vacation. Was not admitted to hospital after cancelled surgery due to other factor, however, my initial need for surgery still existed, actually worse. I ended up having to go to ER 5 days later, was admitted and had surgery 3 days later. Now I am being billed for the day of my original scheduled surgery as outpatient treatment to the tune of $1700 due to not being admitted which was clearly justified. He dismissed me at a great time of need.
