Dr. Milligan has a special spot in my heart. I was 31 years old in 1992. I was very sick with no insurance. I told Dr. Milligan I had 300 dollars and my mom was in the waiting room and would lend me the rest. He charged me me 50 dollars! I have always been grateful and have kept his business card all these years. Thank you Dr. Milligan.

Beware!
This is a physician and medical Practice that you definitely want to avoid. I spent many months recovering from MINOR surgery because a very dangerous infection started. It was difficult to continue to receive care and the nurse didn’t communicate via the portal, which is how I was told to set-up and communicate to receive my continuing care for this dangerous infection. The Practice has a “policy” that you can’t change “providers” (doctors) for care. My physician went on vacation. His nurse gave me a date with him 11 days out from my request. Reluctantly I got an appointment with their nurse. My condition was so serious when I saw the nurse, she had to get another ENT physician working in the office to see me. It was only after this incident that the office manager realized that their “one provider” care policy was a major hindrance to good patient care.Delayed patient care is POOR patient care. Take this warning seriously and stay away. Find another practice!

October 12, 2020. A couple people in my neighborhood referred me to Dr Milligan. I've had nasal surgery, multiple broken noses, deviated septum. I called their office this morning and was flat out told Dr Milligan doesn't see new patients unless your current doctor refers you to him. They said this is his personal policy regardless of if your insurer allows you to see anyone you like in network without referrals. Medical red tape and bureaucracy at its finest. I think I am competent enough to know when I have a sinus issue going on, with all of my issue I've had in my lifetime. He might be the most miraculous doctor in the world, but this type of policy is nonsense.

Dr. Milligan is an outstanding Dr. He performed our sons tonsillectomy when he was a toddler. And now as a teenager he cauterized our sons nose twice due to injuries he sustained in jiu jitsu. I highly recommend Dr. Milligan. He's very compassionate. And great at his profession!

My wife was diagnosed after six years with eagle syndrome, a rare and very painful disorder. Dr. Milligan just completed the surgery yesterday and my wife is 100% cured thankfully. He is an accomplished surgeon but more importantly a very compassionate and caring person. He actually said a prayer with us just prior to my wife going in to the operating room Which meant a lot to us. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Milligan listened carefully to my throat pain problem and was able to diagnose a problem with my surgical fusion hardware compressing my esophagus, after I'd been incorrectly diagnosed with tonsillitis by one ENT and reflux by another ENT. Dr. Milligan was kid, compassionate, and even called me himself with some test results. That is so rare these days He really cares and I highly trust and respect him. I was able to have the cause of the throat pain treated and I am now throat pain free.

My daughter has seen Dr. Milligan several times for different issues. While I like him a lot, his office staff is terrible. They are rude, hold times are long when you call in (20 minutes), they do not return calls and scheduling appointments is incredibly difficult, even for post-op follow up. When you have an appointment, you still wait a long time. I would not see him again or recommend him to anyone.

I had an appointment for my son at Dr. Milligan's office Oct. 19th. When I arrived at 1:10pm with an appt. time at 1:15pm there were two ladies at the front desk. One told me I have to be rescheduled because the doctor was running late with surgery. The other told me I have to reschedule because I was late. Hmmm, which is true. As a new patient, I was treated poorly. Never saw a doctor. I was offered a PA IF they could squeeze me in somehow. Truly upsetting!! My son and I left.

Excellent Doctor/Surgeon. Had to cut my facial nerve for tumor removal and did so with little scaring. Prayed over me prior to surgery which put me and my wife at ease. Highly recommend.

I am 24 and had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Milligan at Phoenix Childrens. I am day 15 post op and i am already completely healed. Great bedside manner and excellent postoperative care from his office at AOC. If my son every needs to have his tonsils out I hope he will be the one to do it! (it is hard to get in to see him because he is very busy but it is worth it for sure!)

I saw Dr. Mulligan and was put at ease immediately. He thoroughly explained what he found, what my options were. He took the time to walk my husband and I though everything. He also took time when he called me. I would recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic surgeon - when he says the recovery for Tonsillectomy & Adnoidectomy is 7 days, believe him. My son was eating that night, and was off the Tylenol by day 7.

I love Dr. Milligan. He treated my late husband for laryngeal cancer-Stage 4. After removing his vocal cords, he found the cancer had spread to 90% of his esophagus. He wrote the textbook of how to create a new esophagus some yrs. ago and fortunately was able to do so after having to remove 90% of it. He treated my husband for 4 yrs. He always explained everything to us, was compassionate. Recently, I've developed vocal cord dysfunction(after a cervical spine fusion). He is excellent!
