Dr Frederick has taken care of my double vision problems for many years now. Has done a great job for me. He is so professional and very caring. Can't wait to see him for my yearly visits. Highly recommend.

Maybe he is used to talking with kids, he doesn't know how to communicate with adults. Dr. Frederick came into the office and started his exam. He didnt introduce himself. He was not personable, my mother (who I brought with me as an advocate) tried to communicate with him and he dismissed her. Dr. Frederick did not ask me any questions, he read off a couple numbers to his assistant Holly and then he got up and opened the door. My mother and I were confused and had to ask if that was it, the doctor said yes and then left. I was so upset and started crying. Dr. Frederick's assistant Holly was left to deal with our concerns, Holly was a champ., eventhough I was upset she sat there and answered my questions and left me feeling reassured.

Dr. Frederick's entire staff is kind and efficient.

Fantastic as always! My twin daughters require glasses and the staff is always amazing with them, very kind and helpful beings I have 2 with me. Getting drops to be dialated isn’t fun for anyone and I need an extra hand or 2 to help with my no so willing patients. Dr. Frederick is so good and gentle speaking with the girls he can keep them calm and get the job done! Love coming here with my girls!

Dr. Frederick is always warm and welcoming my son is very leery when it comes to new people or physicians but he’s always been comfortable with Dr. Frederick since the very first visit! He as well always explains things very thoroughly to myself and making sure I understand every step of the process

I went to see Dr. Margret Phillips at Lifetime Eyehealth Associates to get some new glasses, silently praying it might cure my double vision. After my exam, she said I needed to see Dr Frederick at Eye Surgeons Associates. She was thinking I may be able to get prisms for my glasses or that I might need surgery for my "lazy eye". After a thorough exam, Dr. Frederick explained why the prism option was no longer on the table. That means that I would be sporting heavy, thick pop bottle bottoms glasses. NO WAY! Picking up on my fear and apprehension, Dr. Frederick used his calm, almost hypnotic & reassuring voice to explain everything in great detail leaving me with no questions. I left my appointment feeling very comfortable in letting Dr. F. do surgery on my eye. I haven't driven in a number of years because of my Double Vision & it's exciting to know I may be able to drive again. I say, "Let's get it done".

The Dr. Frederick and all of his staff are awesome, Everyone has a great attitude/personality, Dr. Frederick makes you feel like you’re his only patient. He talks with you not to you, explains everything so you can understand it, makes you feel at ease. The surgery team was excellent as well. They are really the “ A Team “. It has been five days since I had surgery and I am so happy with the results. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Frederick to everyone. I would like to say thank you again. A great Christmas being able to see good again. I wish all of you a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year.
