Reading of a MRI
I have seen Dr. Coretti a few times with rotator cuff issues - left and right. This was for the left, a new tear and as I understand a 'big' tea. I listened to the Doc, tried to take in his recommendations - which was a shoulder replacement - but felt rushed and now unsure why I am waiting two months for a shot, which would then put surgery off again and why surgery now was not suggested or discussed as an immediate option. He did explain the procedure, just not the timing. I was then refereed to Pioneer Valley Spine - is that why surgery was not recommended? I still have unanswered questions.

Dr. Corsetti has reattached both of my rotator cuffs over the the last 2 years and the results have been outstanding. I have complete range of motion and no pain in either shoulder. I would highly recommend Dr. Corsetti and the staff at NEOS.

No BS, kind, and super reasonable
I chose Dr. Corsetti for an orthopedic surgery (ACL) after interviewing several providers, including a top person in the Boston area. Dr. Corsetti supported when I told him certain things others recommended were not backed by science, and he conducted a very successful surgery on me (with his amazing PA Mr. Dutille). Follow up has been fantastic, caring, and feels reasonable at every point. I'm deeply grateful.

Highly Recommend
Dr. Corsetti performed cleanup surgeries on both of my shoulders, about one year apart. There were no tears present. My acromion bones were both curved, causing impingement. I opted for surgery rather than cortisone injections. Because of my bone structure, surgery was the best option to prevent potential future injuries from occurring. Keeping in mind my shoulders were both strong from weightlifting, prior to surgery, my recovery flew by. My physical therapy sessions were cut in half (from 12 weeks to 6 weeks) after the first surgery because of how quickly my shoulder healed. Prior to the first surgery, I was experiencing bursitis and tendinitis as well as aching and pain after exercise. Post surgery, the shoulder that was operated on became stronger than the one that hadn't been operated on. I'm now a day or so into recovery for the other shoulder and looking forward to being pain free once fully healed and recovered. Dr. Corsetti is the best at what he does. Highly recommend!

Shoulder surgery
Dr Corsetti is very professional, I will know more in a weeks time on how well he practices medicine as I go to rehab. If I had one suggestion it’s to have him spend a little more time with his patient. The phycological piece may be easier for him but we are scared going through this process and could use a little more discussion. I am hopeful as i know several people highly recomended his work.

Knowledgeable and Kind
I saw Dr. Corsetti for recurring pain in my knee. It had been a while since I saw him for the pain and I was convinced the outcome would be surgical, but upon examination, the Doctor said it wasn’t necessary and ordered PT instead. I am grateful that he was able to make such a decision, preventing an unnecessary intervention. Also, I was lucky to get in to see him quickly, as I requested an appointment a week ago and saw him within fond week.
