Amazing Doctor!
Dr. Collins has treated me for various sports injuries over the years. I have been to many physicians, but he is undeniably one of the best. Before I undergo any surgery I always like to get a second and third opinion. I had three doctors tell me that the only option I had for my shoulder would be surgery and that I would be out for a season. He walked me through why those doctors said that and gave me a non-surgical protocol that worked perfectly and got me back on the field in weeks instead of months! I cannot thank him enough.

Dr Collins has replaced multiple joints of mine in addition to surgically repairing 3 other joints and fixing several breaks. Yes, really! I am a klutz! I respect Dr. Collins for his knowledge of anatomy, and orthopedics and his ability to perform surgeries, well! Let me tell you-He is awesome! I broke my ankle in 6 places the day before my daughter's wedding. Well - he did the surgery same day because I hadn't eaten, and I was checked out in the morning so I was able to see my daughter married

The worst medical health experience of my life.It was downhill from "A doughnut should never pass your lips again." That is NOT okay for a doctor to ever say to a patient. I was there for a knee meniscus tear. Dr. Collins told me that it does not swell after I walk; he said that I "think" it won't bend therefore I "think" it is swollen. He also said the the tear did not cause the formation of my Baker's Cyst. NO mention of PT; elevation; hot/cold; compression- nothing that might help w/swelling.

I had a horrible experience with Dr.Collins today. I have scoliosis and have had a spine doctor, but he was leaving the practice so I decided I would try Dr.Collins. I already knew I had a 39 degree curvature of the spine and arthritis on the spine in a couple of places. He came in and told me I had minimal scoliosis and arthritis. I don't know how he could say that without X-rays to look at. He told me I just need to stretch more which I already do. I will never go back to him.

I went in for knee pain. Needed shots. Had them before in 1 knee. With good result. he took xrays. Did not show them to me. Would only talk of knee Replacement. I had to tell him I came in for shots and wanted them. he said Won't Work Well it's been 6 weeks of relief. he kept telling me we would have to h poo through my primary to set surgery, not HMO, and even suggested I go back to knee surgeon of 6 Years Ago. wish I had in the first place bill pd they bill $2.33

I would never recommend this physician to anyone because he is very deceptive. He deliberately lied about statements I made when describing my condition with hurtful intentions, even when I took a witness in with me to correct any misunderstandings.
