Horrible office. The receptionist makes her own medical decisions and refused to make me an appointment with the doctor, saying there’s nothing they can do. She is not a doctor and should not be allowed to keep us from seeing a doctor.

She is a very compassionate doctor. I have had a good run of doctors and she really cares. She listens and actually wants you to feel better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Oh is a caring and competent pain management doctor. She is an expert at giving cortisone injections in the spine, which is what I saw her for. It is an extremely delicate procedure. She is supported by her friendly staff. Her injections are caringly administered. I would go to her again without hesitation and recommend her to loved ones if they had a desire to try conservative measures for treating pain.

Not quite sure if the experiences others have shared are with Dr. Joanne Oh who has treated me for years. She is a "crackerjack" in her field and has kept me mobile and pain free without meds. She is kind and takes time to listenfor as long as it takes. I wouldn't have any other doctor treat me!! If the other patients had concerns, they should have discussed them with her. Dr. Oh is extremely humble, which may have been misconstrued as not listening! Be assured she is listening!!

This doctor just does not listen! She spends very little time with patients, and she has an attitude that is very cold. It is like she is just burned out and is more concerned that patients are just seeking medications than helping them get better. I am in a wheelchair now, thanks to her not listening and refusing to order more diagnostic testing when I kept asking. She missed my spinal tumor for almost five years while it was growing and I was seeing her regularly!!!! I pray she has changed

She only looked at the questionnaire that I filled out in the waiting room. She didn't listen to anything I had to say or even look at my medical records. She spent about 5 minutes with me, telling me that everything my dr did for me was wrong. Horrible.
