She is rude! Condescending. Probably the worst doctor that I’ve seen in my entire life.

Changing physicians
I had a bone density scan and it revealed severe osteoporosis. I'm a 61 year old active female who works out regularly, so you can imagine this was a shock to me. The news was delivered to me via the health care portal operator. When I started asking questions, the operator (who was very kind) said she would relay them to the doctor. Instead of the doctor calling me back, it was the same operator. I feel that if there is a serious diagnosis to be delivered, it is the doctor who should be doing it. I need a plan for my health and I am moving on.
