Kind and caring
Went in to meet Dr. P for this headache I’ve had for months. Saw my old primarte care Dr and was told to take headache meds and have low stress. Okay? Anyway fast forward 3 more months of pain, still not going away. I meet Dr. P, he does a super thorough examination and deciders since it’s hurt so long I need an MRI and he wants me to see a neurologist. I got a bit freaked out when he said MRI, but kindly explained how it’s just to make sure I’m okay. I felt a lot better after that. While I still am on the hunt for answers, it was nice for someone to actually believe me for once. He has a great bedside manner and is very competent. Will be back for sure.

Worse Experience
The worst experience I could have. Dr. Amir Parvinchi is in another office in Canyon Country which I got an appointment a month ago, and emphasized I need an appointment for my mom with him NOT other doctors as he is the only Persian speaker in the clinic. I got there and was visited by an English speaker practitioner which I said I need a Dr. for my mom that can speak Persian as my mom needs to go to him and she can not speak English well. They apologize for the inconvenience and said next 2 weeks Dr. Parvinchi will visit her. I got so many msg for reminding the appointment and was present there at the time of the appointment, but unbelievably I was told Dr. left and he was aware of my situation and my need of his visit, and he didn’t care. They apologized and they said he can see my Monday at Sylmar place. They didn’t even bother to call me sooner to let me know not to drive to the clinic. There should be a trust Mr Parvinchi between Dr and patience, which is built during the time, u

Won’t get to see doctor. Just nurse and they don’t care about your health. I’ve lost 50 pounds in 6 months and their office just writes referrals. Doesn’t do anything to try to figure out who I should see. I can not believe this doctor gets paid to not see patients.

let me start by saying we recently moved to beautiful Santa Clarita, i needed to find a new family doctor/PCP and unfortunately i ended up choosing DR Amir Parvinchi. i only visited him one time & that was enough for me to change my DR right away . He is the most unprofessional, lackadaisical and careless Doctor i have ever come across in my life. i waited a while for him to come and see me. once he came in he spent no more then 2 minutes with me, didn't ask me any relevant questions, i felt insulted and belittled by him, he was speaking to me as though i was less of a human then he is, he kept cutting off his nurse who was trying to explain to him the reason for my visit and the symptoms i had explained to the nurse while waiting for Dr Amir. After all of 2 minutes he grabbed his cell phone from his picket and walked out. Do your self a favor and find another Doctor. Dr Parvinchi is a waste of time, energy and money.

Horrible experience. I requested to meet with him because during my prior visits I had only met with the nurse practitioner. He came into the room and didn’t even introduce himself properly. I had a list of concerns I wanted to discuss with him and as I was doing so he didn’t even make eye contact with me. He kept nodding his head as if he were in a rush. He started to walk out the door while I was in the middle of talking and I had to actually tell him I wasn’t done. His staff are not friendly at all and they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. It took them over a month to give me my test results. I had to keep calling to remind them and each time they said they would call me back and never did. I hope someone else has a better experience than I did.

Here is what I wrote to the hospital HR while I was still in the hospital: "I am currently in room 2350. I arrived yesterday with severe chest pain and had a stress test this morning at 7 a.m., which thankfully ruled out heart issues - I was terrified. However, I still have severe pain in my lung lining and my sternum. I have been waiting to check out for 4 hours, because Dr. Parvinchiha has refused to state a direct diagnosis (most likely pleurisy or costochondritis), and he has refused numerous times over the afternoon to prescribe pain medication for me before I am discharged. He just hung up on his own nurse. He says that I have to go to my primary care physician - I'm in severe pain NOW! I've had numerous surgeries and hospital visits, and I always left with my pain medication or prescriptions. He has not listened to me every time I talked to him, and he has been unbelievably unprofessional. I am quite in shock, and very upset, besides being in a lot of pain. I want to go home!"

Absolutely horrible. Doesn't take the time to listen to you or your needs. Very little patience because he was just rushing me so that he could leave. Has no idea what is going on with staff and incoming paperwork. Had the audacity to claim that I lied when I said my previous Dr sent in my paperwork. He was just unaware it arrived/staff didn't notify him. Didn't even check my paperwork before entering room with me because he thought I was a new patient when I had seen him before.
