Dr. Jill Miller-Horn, MD

Took my then 5-year old son to see Dr. Miller Horn in May 2024. He was diagnosed with ADHD. The doctor assigned us to Nurse Practitioner Gina Holzappfel. The first available appointment with the NP was in July. She canceled it at the last minute and then we had a virtual appointment the next day. She prescribed a medicine; it had bad side effects. I then tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with her or the Dr. When she finally returned my call, she had an attitude and then prescribed another med. Pharmacy never had it in stock. I've been trying for 2 weeks again (leaving messages) trying to reach the NP or the Dr. Neither returns my call. How can you diagnose a 5-6 year old and prescribe stimulants and then never respond to the parent? It's been 4 months and I still don't have any medication for my son and can't reach the doctor or NP.

Dr Miller-Horn is without exception the best and most thorough neurologist we have worked with. She is our touchstone when we face medical crises. She has become our primary resource for disease management, and we are grateful every day that she is part of our wellness team.

Amazing Dr.! My daughter was undiagnosed for 12 years, until Dr. Miller-Horn diagnosed her. She also, prescribed a med that improved her quality of life. She also, has been successful in the treatment of my son and tweaking his meds. She might be the best Dr. we ever had.

Dr. Miller-horn is a very educated and conscientious professional. She has been treating my son for about 8 years now and is right on with him. She is courteous and mindful of issues that he has such as attention deficit and learning disabilities and does not take him for granted while in her office. Dr. Miller-horn will speak to us both , my son as well, when discussing his treatment plans or ways for him to help himself. MY son has respect for her and is not afraid to ask her questions.

Dr. Miller-Horn was both professional and caring. She was patient with my son, who was already flustered. She didn't keep us waiting, and came up with a concise plan of action and put it into play immediately. I would absolutely reccomend her to anyone, particularly to parents of children with Autism or ADHD (my son has both).
