I was a healthcare worker and this is my second time to see this sweet doctor. He is very compassionate and I can tell he makes a lot of sense as I know very well about my spine problem and what is coming to me.He takes his time and arranged personally my next appointment to the NS.

I've been a patient of Dr. Smith's for several years now, receiving injections for lower back problems. I've always been treated with a great deal of courtesy and respect. While Dr.Smith is very straightforward, I find him to be compassionate, kind, and well humored. And the shots work very well for the condition for which I receive them. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

I was injured in a horse back riding accident. Broke my L3 transverse process. Had major back muscle issues, Dr Smith had given me 6 back injections which helped for prob a few weeks. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Smith due to his bed side manners on how he treats his patients. Very rude. His office staff isn’t any better. You shouldn’t have to dread going to your Dr appointment and that’s how Dr Smith makes me feel.

This man is a horrible person. He spoke to me like I was an idiot from the second he walked in the room. He was supposed to review test results with me and didn’t. He threw questions at him not waiting for responses and when I was confused acted like I was stupid. When I asked him to stop being rude he threw a fit worthy of a toddler tossing his clipboard down and telling me to get out. I have never been so badly treated by a supposed doctor.

As an existing patient, it takes forever to get in to see a Dr and today was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I went in with severe lower back pain needing injections and was told my insurance probably won’t cover it without even checking. They are also 4 weeks out on scheduling injections. I asked what I was supposed to do in the meantime and she told me to ask my primary care Dr. They want the easy insurance cases to run patients through like a drive thru.

Dr Smith has given me 3 injections in my back for pain in my groin & down my leg to my knee. The pain is now gone & has been for a month!

I regretfully had 5 back injections from Dr. Smith. Rather than taking responsibility for his own failures, Dr. Smith puts the blame on his patients. He has a vile personality and an even worse bedside manner. I wish I had never met the man and do not believe he should be in practice. Something needs to be done about this unprofessional, impossibly difficult Doctor. the nurses at Summit Surgery will agree. He is just as nasty to them.
