I had vein surgery in October 2018 and everything was approved and paid by insurance. it is now September 2021 and I am receiving bills from the anesthesiologist and my insurance company. It gets worse...I recently had the remaining varicose veins done in a different vascular doctors office with local anesthesia. It was easy and much more successful. He did my veins 2x under general anesthesia. He is a butt and needs to be shutdown.

Started at his ofc with a groupon for spider veins, was upsold after a doppler to vein "surgery" on 1 leg where a single surface vein was tied off and a few other spider/varicose veins were simply injected under anethesia; should have been outpatient treatment at most! 16 months later, problem veins are back, same as before. Total billed cost to insurance was 100k+. Surgical center was out of network so insurance sent me a EOB stating I'd likely owe ~12k. Vein clinic is a money mill, avoid.

He had done 3 times surgery on my right leg. In 2 years the varicose veins came back and getting worth. I have to find another doctor to treat it again. I was told by the 2nd doctor that I really didn't need to go through a surgery for my varicose veins problem. From the 2nd treatment result I believe the 2nd doctor was right. So I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Naifeh.
