Great Physician
Dr. Palmer repaired my broken shoulder and did an excellent job. About a year later, he worked on my son’s arm, again doing an excellent job. I find Dr. Palmer, to be friendly and competent. I would return to Dr. Palmer if needed.

The doctor put me through so much unnecessary pain to only find out what I kept telling him was the issue. I have unnecessary damage to my tricep that was not there before. God only knows if it's ever going to heal back to normal again. His staff is absolutely horrible there knowledge of simple Anatomy is 0. they don't know the difference between latissimus dorsi muscle and rotator cuff muscles absolutely horrible. It took his staff 3 weeks! To send my mri results to physical therapy. I could write a book about how horrible and frustrating my experience was. After all the mistakes his staff made Dr. Palmer would even give me a call to apologize nor to tell me what went wrong to ease my frustration. I would have let this issue go but the ease of my issue is basically a 1 compared to other issues in orthopedic surgery and his staff made it seem like it was a 10 at a 10 difficulty do yourself a favor be patient with your injury and do your homework because I didnt and its haunting me.

NEVER would I recommend this Dr! He was the Ortho on call at hospital who: (1) couldn't bother to come in to see me in the 12 hrs I was in ER (2) only came to finally examine me the next morning on his usual rounds, saying only left shoulder was fractured; since I couldn't move the right side, we requested an MRI (advice from Dr. friend at Hopkins)- but he argued it wasn't necessary- we insisted until he finally gave in, (3) Later, sent a nurse to tell me MRI showed Right shoulder broken too!
