I was referred to this office by another doctor. The process to get in has been a nightmare. I have tried to get ahold of the office for almost a month now and no one has gotten back to me. I even called in a couple times and still no one has followed up with me to get me in for an appointment. Not a good experience at all.

Dr, Preston performed dual hernia repairs on me on July 20, 2020 after being delayed once due to elective surgerys stopped. In our pre-surgery consultations she showed to be very confident, very knowledgeable to the aspects of my surgery. She fully explained what I would expect and she took time to fully answer all my questions to my satisfaction. She talked to me in the pre-opt and again showed her confidence. She went over completely what to expect and checked all the 'graffiti' draw on me by surgery staff to ensure all knew where the repairs were needed. She contacted me by phone appointment about a week and a half post surgery. Her and her staff asked a lot of questions as to my post surgery condition. She again showed her and confidence. She and her staff answered all my questions. I would definitely contact Dr. Preston if I need any surgery in the future. And all this during the covid pandemic. I want to also thank and high five all of Dr. Preston's staff

Dr. Jennifer Preston is very knowledgable in her field. She explained the Hiatal procedure I was going to have surgery on 22 March. The procedure went very well despite the fact that is was a little more involved than previously expected. Her staff from the fellow DR's, nurses, and assistants were very helpful during my recovery at Good Sam. I thank everybody for this wonderful serv William J. MonroePrescott Valley AZ 23-27 Mar.2020

Dr Preston is an extremely confident and knowledgeable professional surgeon. My recovery from laproscopic cholesectomy was speedy, incision sites are barely noticeable after a month, my diet is back to what it was before surgery, and close to zero discomfort. She's awesome! You will literally be in great hands! L Hiller

Dr. Preston is a fine upstanding surgeon. She provided me all the relevant information and facts about my condition and what it take to correct. She was very up front about the recovery process and what I would go through. As well as what to do and what not to do during my recovery process.

As a patient with genetic wound-healing issues, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Preston to assess for myself her attention to my questions, and concerns. Within a couple minutes of meeting her, I felt comfortable allowing her to perform my needed surgery. Both during the initial office visit, pre and post-op meetings, and followup, Dr. Preston impressed me with her attention to detail, knowledge, and modern-day skill set. I wish I could have Dr. Preston as my primary-care physician!
