From the first visit with Dr. Coan until I was discharged from the hospital my experience with Dr. Coan, the anesthesiologist, the nurses and support staff was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What an amazing Doctor. So caring and compassionate. Her high energy and positive attitude gave me the confidence I needed to go through with the surgery I had postponed too long to have part of my thyroid removed. Dr. Coan listens to patient concerns, gives all the options, is very informative then is not pushy or judgmental about the patients decision. Dr Coan is respectful of the patients time and so caring about the patient's well being as a whole. Dr. Coan's assistant Sandra is also amazing!! I felt cared about throughout the whole process. Wonderful doctor! Great bedside manner, very thorough and knowledgeable. I recently had an adrenalectomy and the surgery went even better than predicted. Would highly recommend!
