After a significant loss and infertility diagnosis I turned to FCI and Dr. Hirschfeld for help. We had quite the journey together! I was recommended to FCI and Dr Hirshfeld by my OBGYN. From the ultrasound techs, the nurses, Dr Hirshfeld and the other physicians everyone was very kind, warm and welcoming in a time of sadness and despair. Dr Hirshfeld helped us along our journey to parenthood. While most of our appointments were telehealth I wish I would have met her in person sooner than I did. I felt like she was much more personable in person and she made me feel comforted and relaxed. She listened to all of our questions and didn’t seem like she was hurrying us to get to the next patient. I would recommend her to anyone seeking infertility treatment.

I was lucky enough to be matched with Dr Hirshfeld when I first decided to pursue IVF. While my journey was far from easy and I’m sure quite challenging for her, she didn’t give up on me. I went to Dr. Hirschfield after having a negative experience at another fertility clinic. Dr. Hirschfield is incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented. I always felt that she was thinking through all the complexities of my situation. She also cares so deeply about the experience of women in this process and encouraged me to have a surgery for endometriosis for the purpose of pain management. Other doctors told me not to do it because it wouldn't change IVF outcomes but I ended up being so glad that I did it to confirm my diagnosis. Her nurses were kind and communicative and the clinic has the most amazing ultrasound techs and phlebotomists. Every family experiencing infertility has a different journey and different needs, but I was so pleased with my IVF outcomes and look forward to continue working with Dr. Hirschfield in the future.

Dr. Hirshfeld is so knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to try all kinds of different treatments.
