Absolutely horrible patient care
Dr. Hill has been the bane of my mother's health for months now! Dr. Hill ordered specialized blood work for genetic testing. My mother called her and Dr. Hill's office said they 'lost' the blood work and no idea where it was. After over a month of calling the office each week it was the same story. My mother called the lab at Lourdes as well as the lab in Ithaca were the blood work was done and neither knew anything and they sent to Dr. Hill. After writing a long complaint to the nursing director of Lourdes the lab work at 12:30am in the morning the lab results appeared in my mother's health portal out of the blue. She found out from reading her own labs she had a genetic condition that leads to a greater chance of blood clots (she had multiple blood clots over the years). She never received any call from Dr. Hill's office about the lab work and even now they have never called her back about serious questions that she has about if there can be something done to help resolve this iss

Very Bad Experience!
I had a very bad experience with Dr. Hill, and in my opinion, she is incompetent. I had a bad urinary tract infection, so she prescribed an antibiotic. She said if the culture sent to the lab showed that the antibiotic was not effective against my infection, she would contact me, and change to an effective antibiotic. The lab cutures take 24-48 hours for results. Dr. Hill never contacted me, so I continued taking my antibiotic. After 12 days, I was still in pain. I called the office, and was told my antibiotic was Not effective for my infection. For almost two weeks, I was taking medicine that would not treat my infection. The office told me they did not contact me, because the lab was backed up, and the doctor did not get the results for a long time. Not true. I got the lab results, and the report was completed, and sent to Dr. Hill in 48 hours, as it should have been. Dr. Hill finally prescribed another antibiotic, which I am allergic to, so I emailed her, to let her know, and got no

worth the wait
It took me a six weeks to get in to see Dr. Hill. Even took some timein the waiting room. However, it was well worth the weight. She is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. Everything you would be embarassed to tell a male doctor, she totally understood and explained. I highly recommend to her all women with urinary/fecal concerns.

My experience with Doctor Hill has been excellent. Initially, i saw her in her Hauppauge and then transferred to the Mannorville practice. She is a caring physicaian with wonderful inter-personal skills. I would see Dr. Hill every 6 moths for a 3-year period. She took great care to make sure i undersatood all the health issues and took the time to answer all my questions. I was completely at ease with her and confident that i was receiving the best care possible. Highly Recommend.
