Dr. Jennifer Hayes, DO

I was a first-time patient at the Visionary Center for Women to receive the O-Shot/PRP for Lichen Sclerosus, Dr. Hayes was compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Her nurse Maria was just as compassionate and professional, and the rest of the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes if you are suffering from LS. She has several solutions for treatment and takes the time to discuss your options. Thank you Dr. Hays!

She was a very unprofessional hostile cold person. Both appointments I had with her felt awkward and she didn't really seem to have a clear answer for me and didn't like being asked questions. She seemed childish and defensive. She was harsh and tried to push me into taking a prescription I wasn't comfortable with. She and her staff made assumptions about my sex life and I found it very strange given how honest I was about my history. She also stared me down for a long time when I said her behavior was strange and then she spoke rude and matter of fact. I got a refund. I wish that she would have treated me with the care I deserved given how difficult my condition is and how hard I tried to seek out help over the years. She told me there's an energy block, which was her way of brushing me off and it was really unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone looking for understanding and answers here.

I don't go to this doc any more I went with my gut as I felt I could find a better gyno. I now have a fabulous gyno now that listens and is top-notch.

Seek a different Doctor a real meas inconvienxed and did provide service but took my money still waiting on refund.. Run women 08/07/20 any doc but this firm completed dissapointment!

My mother and I have been going to Dr. Hayes for 23 years. She has been there for me in all stages of my life. Dr. Hayes takes her time and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed and feel she values providing good patient care.

Dr. Hayes makes the care of her patient a priority. She is not"on the clock" like some doctors these days. She asks thorough questions and really listens. If you want the best care, that's what you'll get. You will notice the difference the minute you walk into the office. Her staff members are so welcoming and professional. Everyone makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Hayes is definitely an elite doctor in the field of gynecology. She is kind & compassionate. She really takes the time to get to know her patients & their individual needs. She is an extraordinary doctor & person. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a superior gynecologist/surgeon.

I have been a patient of Dr Hayes for over 20 years. She is a great, caring ,physician.

The receptionist was pleasant enough but this information is out of date. Dr. Hayes is not accepting new patients and she does not take most major health insurance. Even worse, she referred me to a provider who does not have the credentials to provide the care I need.
